well, time to get back to some non gw related painting (yes, i'll still be updating this topic, you won't get rid of me that easy )

atm, just sketching some ideas, and out of 5 sketches narrowed choice down to 2 ^^ (which im going to show here, the rest are having some serious anatomy problems *cries* )

p.s. does anyone knows if i can remove prefix from the topic name?

Geez Magik, take a break. Your steady production of art is unbelievable.

And p.s. yes you can. Just edit > advanced, and it should be up tehre somewhere. I think...

Who is this one for? Face kind of reminds me of Megan Fox. You know, back when she was still hot...

awesome magik I was wondering what art you would work on next since you finished up your GW commissions list (btw, minami's looks gorgeous!).

Those sketches look great (even if you're not coloring them :P ) and I really like the blue pallet you're going with the latest WiP

@Charlie well, its not for anyone in particular, im just winging it XD i just needed to paint something thats not fan art, and i got inspired by one stock model on DA, so here it is

@US ooh it would be so awesome if you could just remove that prefix entirely, pretty please? :3

@Thisle thanks :3 im just gonna play around with color, we'll see where thats going to take me

Cut the whole picture in half, just to get better focus on her face. Yes, anatomy of her chest is a little off, but haven't really got to work on it (since im just painting, don't have sketch for this one). Will make some flowers/water droplets/something else fall from above as she tries to catch it ^^

Oooh, that looks really nice so far.

Also, I'd love to see the model stock that inspired you, if you don't mind, since my photomanip resource folder could always use more goodies

Looks good so far! Love her eyes.

The blue palette makes me think she's laying on shallow water ^^

I've actually never seen her stock before, and there's some really neat things in there. Thanks!

And I like that article; I particularly like "geography is no longer our master". I'm lucky to know a lot of artsy people in real life, but it's still nothing compared to the artistic communities I've found on the internet, and it's that that's made me take art really seriously.
